How do I set up daily manifest emails for my staff?

ZOZI Advance allows you to set up automated daily emails that send the manifest report to select users once per day.  This is a great way to keep your tour guides and staff informed automatically.  You can customize the columns, recipients, and timing of this email. Each daily email contains a list of all the tours for that day. 

REMINDER: The manifest can also be downloaded from your Dashboard, Reporting, or in the Mobile App. You can also create User Accounts for your guides and staff (with limited permissions) to give them restricted access to reservations.

Configure the daily manifest email in Settings > Advance Settings:

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Email Settings section:

Enable daily manifest emails by checking the box. 

You can customize the following:

  • Which users receive the daily email. Learn how to set up additional users here.
  • What time the daily email is sent
  • What columns are included in the manifest report
