How do I refund a cancelled booking?

You first need to cancel the booking before issuing a refund. 

To cancel a booking, access your DASHBOARD and click on the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the screen.

Now that you are on the SEARCH page, search for your customer using their booking code, activity name, email address, first name, or last name. Click SEARCH once you've entered in your search term.

Find the customer's reservation from the list of bookings the system has produced. Click on the three dots on the right side of the reservation line. Then click on 'Edit Booking'. 

Once you are in the Edit Booking screen, click on the "Cancel This Booking" link in the right hand corner of the page.

After canceling the booking, scroll down to the Payments section of the screen. Click once on the Payments section to expand and then click on the Refund button in the left hand corner. 

Select the payment type for the refund. You can only issue a Credit Card refund if the customer paid for their reservation using a credit card. 

To issue a partial refund, change the $ Amount to your desired quantity and click PROCESS 

Your refund should then be processed and completed.
