How do I change a customer's reservation?

Important: Customers do not have the ability to modify or change their reservation. 

Access your DASHBOARD and click on the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the screen.

Now that you are on the SEARCH page, search for your customer using their booking code, activity name, email address, first name, or last name. Click SEARCH once you've entered in your search term.

Find the customer's reservation from the list of bookings the system has produced. Click on the three dots on the right side of the reservation line. Then click on 'Edit Booking'. 

Now that you are in the customer's BOOKING page, you can jump to BOOKING ITEMS, CUSTOMER INFO, or PAYMENTS in order to make the changes you need. 

Make sure to click SAVE once you have made your changes.
