How do I add links and images to an automatic email?

All of the content fields to customize the email templates are HTML-enabled. This means that in addition to customizing the language in those automatic emails, you are also able to add links and images. There are many sites that allow you to type and format your text the way you want it to look, and the site will generate the HTML code for you. ZOZI does not endorse any of these sites, but here are some examples of sites that have an HTML text editor:

Follow the steps below if you would like to customize your emails manually instead:

If you have a waiver form or a special document that needs to be read prior to the customer's reservation, you can include links to those documents.

<a href="url">link text</a>

Insert the URL, or website address, in between the quotation marks in the a href tag. Input the link text in between the a href and /a brackets.

<img src="url">

If you need to add alternative text (the text that will appear if the image cannot load) and define the image size, use this format:

<img src="url" alt="alternative text" width="number" height="number">

The value you insert for width and height will be measured in pixels.

You also have the ability to create an image that will link to a web address. This is great if you would like to include a logo that links to your website.

<a href="website url">
<img src="image url">
