What is the partnership?

Peek and ZOZI are partnering to create the largest and most powerful platform for tours & activities in the world. Peek and ZOZI power thousands of businesses across the U.S. with software that helps tour operators to grow bookings, save time and money, and help them provide the best experience for their customers.

Over the coming months, all merchants will be transitioned to fully leverage the Peek Pro platform, and many of the ZOZI team members will be joining Peek.

I’m a ZOZI Advance operator, what does this mean for me?

ZOZI and Peek went through a thoughtful analysis of which platform would be best suited to deliver value to their partners long term. The decision was made to use the Peek Pro technology for all operators moving forward. Although Peek Pro and ZOZI Advance do not have the exact same features, Peek Pro will provide you with many benefits and enhancements immediately, including:

  • Increasing your bookings by 23% or more by capturing more reservations during the booking process. Escape Room Brunswick has already seen a 30% sales increase this year from recapturing stalled, abandoned bookings and a more streamlined process!
